Scope of the Privacy Policy and Seal

Applied Watch offers an enteprise management platform for open source software. Applied Watch offers a my.appliedwatch.com portal site for accessing software downloads that customers and potential customers can enter information into via the Internet. Information collected may include name, address, telephone number, email address, company or organization name, and other personal contact and profile information collected.

Attendees may identify the pages that are managed by Applied Watch' customers by noting the URL of the page. We call the pages that are created by the Applied Watch system by the event producer for the purpose of the attendees as the "Attendee Experience". These pages can be distinguished by the following URL prefixes:

This information is used to provide our Web-based products and services. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Please note that SSL (certificate-based) security is only one part of a comprehensive security policy that Applied Watch has implemented. While it is our policy note to give specific details regarding our security practices, the policy does include: 24 hour a day physical access security, network level firewalls, machine level access control, application level user privileges, data level access as well as additional encryption schemes to protect our respective customer data. Furthermore, Applied Watch systems are monitored by both state-of-the-art intrusion detection software and professional network management staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Web site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Web site is structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by either updating your own personal profile or contact us. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You may also contact us to "opt-out" of any of our programs.
